The resource is expected to be able to do development and analysis work in PEGA environments as well as external interfaces and must be able to understand the basics of Shell Scripting in Unix. Job Requirements: - Minimum of 1-1.5 years experience doing PEGA Development and/or Support - Experience in: - Basic knowledge in PEGA v 5.2 - Systems analysis experience (preferred but optional) - experience in SQL/Query analysis - Knowledge in Java, Unix and shell scripting EDUCATION • A related Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Science or similar IT programming related course DELIVERY EXPERTISE • Provided input into delivery approach • Working experience with offshore/onshore delivery models (preferred) DOMAIN EXPERTISE • Experience in key technology domains used with AIG (Java, JSF, .NET, VB6, Talend, PEGA, DB Engines) • Insurance industry knowledge (preferred) WORK EXPERIENCE • With at least 6 months working experience in Software Development (programming) • Has experience with on/offshore delivery models (preferred) • Insurance industry knowledge (preferred) COMMUNICATIONS • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with peers INITIATIVE • Can confidently operate without constant management oversight CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT • Focus on Customer Satisfaction INTERNATIONAL EXPOSURE • Exposure to international customers, esp. in an offshore centre (preferred) TEAMWORK • Need to work well with others and take ownership of tasks http://bull.hn/l/13OAJ/4"
