"On behalf of our client, a prestigious International Telecommunications company, Manning Global is currently looking for an experienced Project Manager within a RAN Project to be based in the Greater London region of the UK. Fluency in spoken and written English is necessary, and a willingness to travel is essential for this Contract position. Purpose of the job: •To Establish a functioning project team dimensioned to a specific country and customer contract for a Tier 1 Network Mobile Operator •To Mange the entire local Radio Access Network (RAN) Project team and service providers towards a successful and profitable completion of a given local project •To Manage Local customer expectations and deliver on specific contract Obligations Main Responsibilities: •To Manage the project team to set up processes that are aligned with the Customer operations and customer contract while keeping within the allocated Project management resource plans •To Direct all project related activities ensuring time schedules are being achieved and all Quality standards are being implemented according to the Contract •Overall management of the complete Project Organization and acting as a main interface towards the Customer. •Responsibility for overall office morale and achieving the Project goal and maintaining the planned cost base •Responsibility for the overall coordination of the Project Start-up •Building up of the Local Project Team and ensuring the office/location/staff/tools are established as per the project requirements •Establishing contract deliverables and assigning to the Project team, whilst reviewing deliverable achievements on a regular basis and taking necessary measures to ensure the overall contract compliancy is maintained •Responsibility to prepare high level Project plans for the customer, and delivering on the set targets with minimal diversions to the plans •Ensuring that the Project team understands clearly the Project Objectives and deliverables targets and deadlines •Responsibility for the regular evaluation of Project team personal capability and performance, and taking necessary measures to align efforts and overall performance •Responsibility for the Project team progress and customer satisfaction •Responsibility to ensure that the Project is also in line with the cost base, and that planned profit margins are regularly reached •Responsibility for the overall coordination of subcontractors and material suppliers evaluation and negotiations together with Service Procurement •Responsibility to ensure the highest quality standards are met, and works are carried out in line with the local Health and Safety rules and regulations •Ultimately responsible for the ownership of Project Purchase orders from E2E •Responsibility for Customer/Service Provider contract scope negotiations If you are interested, please submit your CV in English and Word Doc format to Anabelle at sales@manningglobal.com with reference LIAG/PD-13683 or call Anabelle on +49 89 2388 9842."
