"Service Transition Team Manager – UK Experience of ICT and / or Mobile Network Technologies preferred, Qualified in a recognized Project or Service Management methodology preferred e.g. PRINCE/MSP/ITIL An experienced Service Transition Team Manager is needed for one of our clients, a leading International Telecommunications Company based in the UK, on a permanent basis. You will be based in Reading. Key Responsibilities: Delivering all Service Transition Projects and Programmes in line with recognised best practice methodology (managing risk, governance, quality assurance, issue resolution, reporting) Managing a team of Service Implementation Managers taking full responsibility for the transition process and career development of team members. Defining and delivering acceptance criteria and early life support models to support the transition process. Engaging client Project Managers, Business Owners, Service Delivery teams & 3rd party’s to ensure project deliveries follow the Service Transition process. Define and deliver dashboard reporting detailing in-flight workload and timely escalations on key issues. Managing escalations through to resolution. Review the outcomes of the Service Transition Projects to determine any corrective actions that could be taken to improve future delivery in terms of cost, quality and customer satisfaction Drive continuous improvements to the quality and efficiency of delivery Maintain & develop professional & open relationships with the customer Qualifications: Experience of working across a complex organisation with an ability to develop forward plans and continuously achieve high performance Successful at developing and managing relationships at all level organizational levels. Able to win the trust of customers in challenging and changing circumstances. Experience of management of third party relationships. Self starter capable of working on multiple concurrent projects with minimal direct supervision Excellent communication and organisational skills Flexible and able to prioritise in a fast moving and pressured environment Experience of ICT and / or Mobile Network Technologies preferred Qualified in a recognised Project or Service Management methodology preferred e.g. PRINCE/MSP/ITIL Educated to degree level or holds a professional qualification preferred If you are interested, available and have the appropriate skills and experiences for the above position, please forward your updated resume in a word document to Jason at sales@manningglobal.com with the following reference LIJV/STTMMgr-14223 or call +385 1 638 7401 for further information.
