"Service Implementation Manager – UK Qualified in a recognised Project or Service Management methodology preferred e.g. PRINCE/MSP/ITIL, Experience of ICT and / or Mobile Network Technologies preferred An experienced Service Implementation Manager is needed for one of our clients, a leading International Telecommunications Company based in the UK, on a permanent basis. You will be based in Reading. Key Responsibilities: Managing a robust and effective end to end Transfer to Operations process ensuring it’s completion for all assigned new technologies introduced into Managed Operations Ensuring the appropriate lifecycle resourcing, training, tooling, support and documentation is delivered with a formal project sign-off from operational team obtained Representing our clients Managed Service Operations team at customer project meetings to define and implement acceptance criteria for both new and changing services. To work with customer Project Managers, Business Owners, Service Delivery teams & 3rd party’s to ensure that project deliveries follow the Service Design and Introduction process. Interface with our clients Project Support Office to ensure coverage across all relevant work requests. Define and deliver the end to end support model with all project stakeholders across multiple delivery organizations. Ensure all operational handover material is completed to a high standard by all relevant design functions Ensure training requirements and any other non functional requirements are agreed as part of the operational handover Ensure a useful set of performance metrics and service levels are delivered for new services Participate in internal & customer end to end user groups to improve the efficiency of future deliveries and processes Define and implement resource management strategies (development, career planning and succession planning) for all allocated resources. Drive continuous improvements to the quality and efficiency of delivery Maintain & develop professional & open relationships with the customer Qualifications: Experience of large and complex service management contracts. Experience of working across a complex organisation with an ability to develop forward plans and continuously achieve high performance Successful at developing and managing relationships at all level organizational levels. Able to win the trust of customers in challenging and changing circumstances. Experience of management of third party relationships. Self starter capable of working on multiple concurrent projects with minimal direct supervision Excellent communication and organisational skills Flexible and able to prioritise in a fast moving and pressured environment Experience of ICT and / or Mobile Network Technologies preferred Qualified in a recognised Project or Service Management methodology preferred e.g. PRINCE/MSP/ITIL Educated to degree level or holds a professional qualification preferred If you are interested, available and have the appropriate skills and experiences for the above position, please forward your updated resume in a word document to Jason at sales@manningglobal.com with the following reference LI/SIPMM-14220 or call +385 1 638 7401 for further information.
