Job Description: We are looking for Windows Operator based in Halifax, UK for one of our esteemed IT services client: Title: Windows Operator Location: Halifax, UK Duration: 6 Months Rolling Job Description: Windows Operator should be providing 24x7 Support and 1st level fault diagnosis and fault resolution. Windows Operator should be willing to work in 12 hrs Shifts as part of 24x7 Operations team in Copley (5W,5O,4W,5O,5W,4O) BFSI sector experience is extremely beneficial Shifts will vary. Key Skills Essential 1. Ability to work under pressure 2. Proven ability to analyse technical faults and resolve at first level where possible 3.
