Role : Software Engineer Location : Las Vegas, NV -- Only Citizens & GC Duration : Long Term Contract. Skills: API, AppDEv, .Net and C# Description: Software developer needed to develop an interface to communicate with a leading point-of-sale provider (Micros) using vendor provided API. Developer must have significant experience with Microsoft.Net technologies; specifically c#. Project consists of wrapping all available API features in a c# package. Develops, implements, integrates and maintains applications. Under general supervision, formulates and defines system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding to develop or modify moderately complex information systems. Prepares detailed specifications from which programs will be written. Designs, codes, tests, debugs, documents and maintains those programs. Designs and constructs databases to ensure integrity, performance, accessibility, and recoverability of data. Establishes database definitions and tables; designs, codes, tests, and implements custom database scripts and formal procedures. May perform physical or logical data modeling. May also develop in the following areas: Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Moble Solution Services (MSS), Product Development, and Customer Care.
