Hemanth Kumar Varadhan has started a discussion: Looking for Business Analyst Web Lead - Singapore "We are currently looking for Business Analyst Web Lead for one of our client in Singapore. Job Type – Permanent Location – Singapore Responsibilities: • Manage day-to-day Asia Web applications support, provide expertise and encourage teamwork to achieve high performance standards, meet operational targets and align with established service levels to users. • Identify and report potential operational areas for improvement via incident and problem management processes. • Participate in operational reviews and suggest training requirements and/or process improvements. • Establish solutions database to maintain knowledge and reduce issue resolution time. • Conduct surveys periodically to collect customers’ feedback for continuous improvement. • Support global Web applications rollout in Asia and ensure proper intake into operations. • Work closely with BA services team (including contractors) within Asia and other regions to share/implement best practices. • Work closely with the End-user Training Team in planning, execution and documentation of end-user trainings. • Work closely with the Business Partnership and Help Desk teams and provide technical/process expertise where necessary. • Engage BA Development and Configuration Team to ensure consistent and smooth support of delivered web applications. • Participate in setting up and follow IT functional policies, procedures and work instructions. • Conduct evaluations to all contractors involved in Web applications service. Qualification: • BS degree in MIS, Computer Science or other technical field. • 7 or above years relevant experience:  In implementation or providing user support for global, multi-lingual, web portal or web applications built on .NET and JAVA platform  With working knowledge of Windows2003/2008 server, Unix, SQL server, Oracle DB, IIS, SharePoint Portal  With open source tool chain (e.g.: Eclipse, Subversion, Hudson)  Familiar with security best practices  Working in a global/regional team to provide user support  With demonstrated ability to deliver customer satisfaction • Independent and able to perform tasks with minimum supervision. • Self driven and act proactively in supporting business functions • Able to assess sense of urgency in business critical situations • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Analytic mindset and high attention to detail • Highly developed customer service skills • Self-motivated, positive attitude and a team player • Able to communicate in Chinese language Please do send me your updated CV in ms word format with the below details to hemanth@aven-sys.com for further process.
