"• Engineering Authority for the project • Select Technical Authority and Lead / Discipline Engineers for the Project Engineering team • Responsible for the design safety compliance with the project requirements • Responsible for design safety of all facilities. • Responsibilities for leading and supervising all engineering in their daily duties. • Support the Project Manager on over project targets • Support delivery teams to ensure project technical integrity • Provide necessary advice, support and service to Project Management and Project Team regarding project status • Coordinate and direct project, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities • Manager and control changes and variations in design • Prepare project specification and procedures • Assign task to employees, supervise and evaluate their performances • Write and review report • Participate in interface coordination with Commissioning, Transportation & Installation, QA/QC, Project Controls and Planning QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED • University or College degree in relevant area • Minimum 20 years experience in Oil & Gas, Especially Pipeline and Petrochemical/Hydrocarbon project • Involved in at least 03 similar project as Nam Con Son 2 project • Proven experience and working knowledge of all areas including a leadership role Contact to davidvoisin@talentnetwork.com.vn"
