On our virtual marketplace, companies in Europe can offer their new or used machinery and products, through advertisements, to the attention of other companies within Europe. B4Bmarket.eu distinguishes itself from its competition and wants to be the biggest and best business website in Europe. This is reflected throughout the organization of B4Bmarket.eu. Until now there was no business website, European wide, who offers demand and supply of all products and machines of all types of business sectors in a transparent manner. Now there is B4Bmarket.eu. Job Objective : Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in Italy. Staffs and directs a sales team and provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values. Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area. Together with de Freelance Sales and Account managers you recruit and train, you build up your own Sales team. All Freelancers will have a contract with B4Bmarket. You are responsible for the Net Sales and the quality of your Sales team within Italy. Off course you can also act as an Sales Manager yourself and find your own Accounts. Relationships and Roles: Internal / External Cooperation - Insures that all Account managers meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and closes. - Delegates authority and responsibility with accountability and follow-up. - Sets examples for Account managers in areas of personal character, commitment, organizational and selling skills, and work habits. - Conducts regular coaching and counseling with Sales Managers to build motivation and selling skills. - Maintains contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction. - Demonstrates ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees. - Is able to make deals with ample and important companies. - Represents B4Bmarket in Italy Job Specifications - Several Years of experience in sales management. - Extensive experience in all aspects of Relationship Management. - Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements. - Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams Contract form : Freelance (provision is a certain percentage of the total turnover in Italy)"
