Please send your application to recruitment.vn@puma.com Job Description • Overseeing the production process and production schedule. • Making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality. • Monitoring product standards and implementing quality control programs. • Implementing and driving continuous improvement activities through implementation of change management process and best practices. • Optimizing production organization for improved efficiency. • SOP/Line set up enforcement. • Monitoring / maintaining product testing. • Reporting to Branch Manager – communicate internally with other departments ( development, Engineering, Material, Planning). • Working with different departments of our factory partner and material suppliers. • Supervising and motivating production assistants and a team of workers. • Supervising production assistant to maintain and update data into our ordering. Job Qualifications • Bachelor degree. • 5-8 years experience in footwear production. • Branded experience. • Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills. • Fluent in speaking and written English and mandarin. • Management and computer skills. • Strong interpersonal skills; a team player and independent worker. • Aggressive and energetic. • Performs well under pressure. • Thrive on responsibility.
