Please review all of our national and international job listings at www.7SolutionsUSA.com Description Schedules the delivery of feed stocks and finished goods to third party terminals. Effectively interface with the joint venture owners, to interface with the linear optimization program and logistics groups and other third party groups to support the Company’s strategic plan. 1. Monitor and forecast short term feedstock inventory levels. 2. Manage the short-term scheduling & forecast of feed stocks (through Orion) and certain Company products. 3. Manage inspection documentation, demurrage charges, loss analysis, insurance, FTZ, etc. 4. Input delivery data into SAP. 5. Liaise with third party pipeline operators. 6. Reconciliation of Inventory. 7. Plant optimization support. Qualifications - • Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering is required. • 5- 7 years of relevant work experience. • Must have the ability to understand complex operational/technical issues and work collectively with internal and external stakeholders to manage daily operational activities. • A basic understanding of contractual relationships with third party logistics providers. • Must be a self-starter and self motivated. Must have initiative and must assume the responsibility to get all tasks completed accurately and on time. • Basic understanding of Project Management activities required within the company. REQUIREMENTS: • Must have good human relations skills to allow daily interaction with technical plant personnel, management and business groups, including interaction at senior management levels. • Ability to identify non-routine events, determines alternatives, and recommend course of action to supervisor. • Ability to clearly reduce complex data to simple concepts for communication to team members and joint venture ownership teams. • High degree of PC Computer skills required (database, spreadsheets, Aspen Suite of products and SAP). • Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced environment. Must be able to accommodate multiple, simultaneous deadlines under pressure."
