We don’t want someone that’s more on a web application developer, MUST be an enterprise application architect. We NEED someone with experience developing/designing/architecting enterprise applications or rich web based applications, especially an experience in Engineering/Product Development Required Skills & Experience: •BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent •10+ years of experience in software development; 3+ years in an architect role. •Demonstrated experience defining and delivering software products to solve business problems. •Object-oriented design principles and patterns, experience in designing and developing J2EE server-side components/frameworks based on XML/Java. •Expert understanding and experience with data modeling, 3-tier J2EE based architectures. •Experience with cloud-based infrastructures such as Amazon EC2 and SimpleDB. •Experience building Rich Internet Applications. •Expertise in one of the following technologies: JSP/Wicket/RichFaces/Facelets. •Expert-level Java development background. •Expert-level SQL/Relational DBMS skills (Oracle and/or MySQL). •Experience building enterprise decision support systems. •Experience in a java-based scripting language. Personal Skills: •Passionate about building software products not just learning technologies. •Excellent team player. Flexibility in contributing in various capacities to product development. •Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment. •Ability and desire to deliver high-quality results on aggressive timelines. •Ability and willingness to mentor team members. •Strong interpersonal skills necessary to establish and maintain effective working relationships. •Excellent communication skills. Preferred Skills: •Experience or exposure to Banking and Finance solutions. •Expose to data warehouse tools . •Experience with ETL tools such as Pentaho or Talend. •Experience with 3rd party APIs and data integration approaches. •Experience with large, highly dimensioned data sets. •Experience building multi-tenanted SaaS applications."
