"A Global Healthcare IT Company is seeking a dynamic, experienced leader. As the Product Marketing Manager, you will develop the marketing strategy in the assigned region over the next 12-18 months. You will identify opportunities for growth and share gain, and then create a regional product/portfolio strategy. You will need to understand immediate customer needs, determine how to take existing and new products to market to address them, and then build demand to meet business objectives. Essential Responsibilities: • Utilize Gold Standard marketing practices and skills to develop and execute the marketing strategy and plan. • Generate content for demand generation and awareness activities for a product/portfolio in a given region (including trade shows, customer events, advertising, telemarketing campaigns, and promotions). • Gather voice of the customer to provide regional input into global product plans. • Develop and execute pricing strategy for a product in a region, using market research, clinical and industry trend analysis, market share and competitive analysis, and win/loss tracking • Develop a channel strategy and work with sales to implement that channel strategy. • Create the launch plans for new versions of the product with appropriate product positioning, segment/region-specific value propositions and distribution strategies • Be a key contributor to the region’s annual planning and budget process. • Collaborate with sales and global marketing to develop the regional market forecast and orders forecast for the market segment. • Work with Marketing Communications and PR to develop and execute awareness plans for the product in a region. • Design, develop, and analyze marketing research, in conjunction with the Global Business Analysis team. • Provide input into other industry influencer functions, including analyst relations and press relations. Act as the client spokesperson to these audiences. • Develop sales plays for the products expected to drive orders and performance to meet regional business objectives and craft messaging, promotions, and programs for each sales play. • Provide product and market expertise for events such as conferences, tradeshows, webinars, and seminars. Qualifications/Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree required. MBA strongly preferred. • Minimum of five years’ experience in product marketing or solutions marketing. • Familiarity with both strategic and tactical elements of marketing. • Understanding and experience working with direct and indirect sales channels. • Must be willing and able to travel up to 35% of time • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Must be willing to submit to a background investigation Desired Characteristics: • Excellent interpersonal, communication skills, and analytic skills • Previous healthcare industry experience. • Previous enterprise software marketing experience. • Ability to make decisions based on input from multiple sources in an objective way, and then drive consensus across the organization. • Team-oriented • Leadership and Influence– ability to motivate individuals and demonstrate organizational influence • Innovative • Experience developing business strategy and driving execution of the strategy MUST HAVE: Successful track record of Product Management and Marketing Leadership Healthcare industry experience (specifically 5+ years of Product Management within Healthcare) IT/Healthcare IT industry experience For immediate consideration, please forward your resume to: Melanie Cisler Sourcing Specialist Fusion Recruiters, LLC 6526 River Parkway | Wauwatosa, WI | 53213 Email: fusionrecruiters@gmail.com"
