They need to fill the following position asap. Position : AM/ Dy Mgr - OD ( Employee Engagement ) Education : MBA - HR from good institutions with brilliant pre-MBA academics Experience : 3 - 5 years ( MBA batch of 2008 - 2006 ) Location : Gurgaon Compensation : Commensurate with candidate caliber and experience Role Responsibilities and Desired Profile : The incumbent will be strategizing and driving employee engagement activities to ensure creation of a high performance and dynamic culture and an engaged workforce. Key attributes as follows. 1. Develop employee engagement strategy and support the creation of a high performance and dynamic culture 2. Ensure all activities in EE calendar are followed. A monthly dashboard to be published to share the feedback/response to each activity 3. Be actively involved in budgeting process of employee engagement activities 4. Actively engage the key talent groups through structured interactions, as well as regular communications formally and informally 5. Ensure effective implementation of recurring activities like 15 day feedback, Who's who, Kwench, Yoga, Concierge 6. Develop and administer satisfaction surveys, and capture feedback from the talent groups, business managers and other stakeholders 7. Assess the quality of engagement of talent groups through surveys and interviews and provide feedback to the key stakeholders 8. Facilitate proactive engagement conversations between the talent groups and their managers, mentors etc. 9. Facilitate annual recognition program 10. Responsible for nomination, declaration & timely distribution of Spot Awards 11. Organizing Town Hall meeting bi- annually 12. Manage publishing of the quarterly internal newsletter ( focussed internal communications ) which includes activities such as - Designing the theme, Organizing the content, Working closely with the internal designing team to release the issue 13. To be a SPOC for all CSR activities 14. Successful implementation of all activities as per EE calendar, Timely payment of incentives as per R and R policy, High number of clicks on newsletter, High customer Satisfaction, Highly engaged workforce, Effective utilization of CSR budget 15. Buildup relationships with all employees as customers, Finance, UI and Design, Human resource consultants, Corporate trainers, Campus contacts/ placement heads, NGOs, Vendors- concierge services, Kwench etc 16. Should be competent in Reward and Recognition, HR strategy, OD Knowledge, Organisation Culture & Style, HR Processes, Vendor Management 17.
