"£30K basic + commission UK experience necessary ROLE: Rapidly expanding reputable Healthcare Consultancy with a National presence are looking for an established Branch managers, you will have overall responsibility for the office and developing the team and business. The company are providers of social care staff to local authorities and is a recognised preferred supplier throughout the UK. Part of your role will be to service these accounts as well as winning new business. The role offers a lot of autonomy with support from experienced Regional Manager. EXPERIENCE: Management experience ideal although they will consider consultants/team leaders with a stable work history within Healthcare recruitment. You should be a strong man-manager and a good team motivator as well as able to handle company policies and procedures and ensure that legalities are strictly adhered to. A proven track record in growing new business and developing teams is essential. Ideally you will have experience in high volume temporary recruitment of unqualified staff. Also a proven track record in exceptional people management / winning accounts & major tenders for high volume recruitment / P&L responsibility.
