They need to fill the following position asap. Position : AM/ Dy Mgr - OD ( TMS & Employer Branding ) Education : MBA - HR from good institutions with brilliant pre-MBA academics Experience : 3 - 5 years ( MBA batch of 2008 - 2006 ) Location : Gurgaon Compensation : Commensurate with candidate caliber and experience Role Responsibilities and Desired Profile : The incumbent would be strategizing and driving Organizational Development initiatives to maximize business productivity by enhancing organizational, team and leadership effectiveness. Would also be responsible for driving the employer branding initiatives. Key attributes as follows. 1. Integration of the competency framework with all HR processes 2. Implementation of career development initiatives as per the organizational processes 3. Identification of HiPos (High Potential/ Performers), helping them in developing their individual development plan (IDP) and conducting Succession Planning on the basis of PMS and feedback from the functional heads 4. Competency Mapping across roles and developing competency grid 5. Work closely with teams in designing uniform Job Descriptions for various levels which would subsequently help in identifying the right talent and internal movements within organization 6. Designing Assessment centre program for Hi-Potentials 7. Embarking HR centric Mergers & Acquisitions activities such as - Cultural alignment, Mapping of policies and benefits 8. Responsible for facilitating the Performance Improvement Program (PIP) for under performers 9. Design and implementation of 360 degree feedback 10. Creating roadmap for employer branding initiatives 11. Managing and ensure efficient implementation of employer branding initiatives 12. Timely closure of IDPs of employees 13. Increase in coverage of employees under development initiatives 14. Successful implementation branding initiatives, High customer Satisfaction 15. Buildup relationships with all employees as customers, Human resource consultants, Corporate trainers 16. Should be competent in Reward and Recognition, HR strategy, OD Knowledge, Organisation Culture & Style, HR Processes, Psychometric Tests 17.
