They need to fill the following position asap. Position : AM/ Dy Mgr - OD ( Performance Management ) Education : MBA - HR from good institutions with brilliant pre-MBA academics Experience : 3 - 5 years ( MBA batch of 2008 - 2006 ) Location : Gurgaon Compensation : Commensurate with candidate caliber and experience Role Responsibilities and Desired Profile : The incumbent will work as a change agent and the key role would be of a strategist - to identify issues, provide solutions and ensure 100% closure as per stipulated timelines. The primary focus would be on managing the PMS cycle, handling employee relations and implementation of R and R policy. Key attributes as follows. 1. Coordinate the PMS cycle and design and deliver workshop on PMS process for all employees 2. Drive the completion of KRA setting where KRA’s are compliant to the guidelines and ensure that they are based on SMART principle 3. Drive the completion of the one on one review process pan India 4. Vet the performance appraisal documents of employees and drive the completion of final appraisals 5. Design and implementation of R&R policy Pan –India and ensuring a meritocratic culture in the organization 6. Owner of the grievance management system and hence ensuring that the grievances/requests of employees are resolved within specified time frame of their escalation with the help of relevant stakeholders 7. Assist in developing HR policies and guidelines 8. Facilitate smooth on-boarding of the new joiners 9. Facilitating Performance Improvement Plan (PIP), Timely completion of the PMS cycle 10. Timely payment of incentives to employees 11. Grievance resolved within timelines 12. Updated and efficient HR policies 13. High internal customer Satisfaction 14. Should have experience in OD interventions and provide strategic inputs to the HR plan 15. Should be competent in Reward and Recognition, HR strategy, OD Knowledge, Organisation Culture & Style, HR Processes 16.
