Responsibilities: - Can make right judgement on the project development direction - Communicate with the clients, understand clients’ idea, and provide professional suggestions, try to get the clients agree on the design concept - Strong creative sketching and rendering ability, excellent design presentation skills, good 3D modeling abilities - Provide creative design concept, guide other designers to modify the design concept - Guide clay model and 3D digital model modification - Mentor styling designers for creative design, provide professional training for designers - Responsible for styling design review, explain the design concept to the clients - Communicate with other designers for styling design concept and make clay models - Participate in the 2D styling review and provide constructive opinion - Participate client meeting according to company arrangement - Other work required by the company Requirements: - Bachelor degree in art or industrial design related subjects - 5-7 years experience of styling design/creative design in automotive OEM(s) - Comprehensive understanding of the trend of automotive styling design - Excellent sketching skills, has creative design background - Good understanding of China automotive market (1-2 China experience preferred) - Able to understand the needs of the clients, and able to take the right measurements accordingly in time - Excellent communication skills, able to influent the clients to understand and agree on the design concept, and make the project proceed as scheduled - Undertanding of automotive engineering structure, can work with structure engineer closely - Good team spirit - Can accept OT and business travel according to company arrangement Send CV and Portfolio to: sandra.wang@pae-designtalent.com"
