"Responsible for state and federal law changes, including implementation of new forms, process changes and policies and procedures as it relates to the change. Assists with new product roll-outs as needed including preparation of training materials, policies and procedures. Maintains compliance with privacy regulations, including opt out process. Assists with company and banker licensing as needed. Must have 2 – 3 years of experience in mortgage banking with experience in compliance with federal and state laws affecting mortgage lending. Must have good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to read, interpret and comprehend laws, rules and regulations affecting mortgage lending."
