This is a full time permanent, direct hire opportunity. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2+ years of technical recruiting experience. Preferences include: - Supporting the business development team fill positions where we have direct contact, true IT positions! - Experience with an ATS - Experience recruiting technical IT positions - Experience and examples of Social Media expertise - Prior IT Staffing Agency experience, Contract Recruiting or Corporate Recruiting within the technical arena. - Candidates who have also recruited for IT related companies may also be considered. - If you enjoy a very fast paced, high rewarding environment, this is a great opportunity for you! - Behavioral Interviewing experience a strong plus - Must be flexible, self-motivated, excellent verbal and written communication skills with a sense of urgency are required for this position. We may also consider candidates with a very strong software development and project management background who have experience staffing very large IT software projects. We cannot bring on candidates without some type of IT staffing or IT experience at this time. 4 year degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or Marketing required.
