Group: India Jobs, Careers and Networking Subject: RADCOM India is looking for a Support Engineer HR Radcom posted a job: RADCOM India is looking for a Support Engineer "* Working at RADCOM India offices based in Delhi, India. * Responsiblity for all the technical support aspects required by the client in regards to RADCOM’s solutions. Including integration, deployment, and customization of applications and KPI reports to the individual customer needs. Upon requirment: travel to on-site support outside of India: training, installation and configuration, etc. Requierments: * Bsc / BA in CS, EE, Telecommunications from a known university. * 2-5 years experience working as a support engineer / Senior Solutions Engineer at the telecom (preferebly telecom monitoring) industry. * Knowledge of wireless technologies (2G, 3G, 4G, 3GPP, UMTS, CDMA, LTE, GSM) with specific * understanding of Data Communication, TCP/IP, HTTP, RTSP and/or Radio Access Network. VoIP, SS7 – a plus. * Experienced with Unix/Linux OS, SQL knowledge (Oracle, DB2, Sql-Server). * Fluent ENGLISH is a MUST! * Residence in Delhi MUST! * Willing to travel 30% of time.
