"On behalf of our client, a prestigious International Telecommunications company, Manning Global is currently looking for an experienced Voice Network Engineer for a permanent position in the UK. As an experienced VOICE Support Engineer you will assist with the service delivery & technical support of customer orders, and troubleshooting for customer’s complaints. Through the provision of supply chain support throughout the order lifecycle, you will be responsible for managing order entry, enablement, order management, tracking & support of new customer circuits, products & services. To provide 1st & 2nd line support to a range of technologies including but not limited to: International voice service, TDM, VoIP & SIP etc. This VOICE Support Engineer role is accountable for the order management, enablement, provisioning, tracking, testing , service delivery, quality analyzing, troubleshooting to carrier customers. Typically this will be for a broad range of Wide Area Network (WAN) based products and services across; Voice, TDM, VoIP, SIP, IPPBX, IPVPN, MPLS etc. To be considered for this role candidates should possess previous similar experience within a Technical Support, Provisioning or Service Assurance / Delivery capacity. SoftX3000, UMG8900, SBC, LAN switch, router experience is beneficial. Good knowledge of the client operations process with the ability to support, administer, coordinate, track, monitor & progress report on the status of pending orders & sales activity, is required. Candidates with strong analytical skills, relationship management, customer services, communication & reporting abilities are required. Previous experience of providing administrative support & coordination is essential.
