Job responsibilities: · Daily maintenance and operation of network devices in the Client’s network, including global Internet backbone, SDH/DWDM backbone and Voice Switching equipment. · International circuits’ implementation, service provisioning, service delivery, troubleshooting and technical supports. · Maintain and update Operation Plan and other operational procedures, service availability report, traffic management reports and service improvement solutions. · Pre-sales consulting support, resolve all technical issues arising during the sales engagement, understand customer business and technical drives, actively participate in customer network planning, help clients define specifications, requirements and engineer solutions based on customer requirements. · Stay close communication and cooperation with the Client’s head office and other domestic and overseas branches. · Some business travels are required.
