"Hiring a Talent Acquisition & Office Manager in Iselin, NJ Talent Acquisition:  As a recruiter for the company, you will write the position specifications in collaboration with the hiring manager, publicize the position on job boards, and phone screen the candidates for IT and other positions. You will also work with outside recruiters on an as needed basis. You will also be responsible for benefits coordination and new hire onboarding, and other general duties related to the HR function   Office Management: As the Office Manager of our Iselin, NJ office, you will ensure an effective, welcoming office is provided for various NuWare employees that may use the facility full-time or occasionally. Additional responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Provide a welcome atmosphere and reception by welcoming employees and visitors; answering calls and coordinating office meetings, functions, and catering. Manage all incoming and outgoing mail, shipments, and faxes. Prepare documents in Word and Excel for Sales and other staff members. Help prepare presentations, proposals, reports, and SOWs for the Sales Ensure the overall organization and cleanliness of the office space is handled in a proactive manner Other general administrative duties as assigned that help the overall operations of the company or of any department.  Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Human Resources, Communication, or other related discipline. Minimum of 3 years recruiting experience in the following areas; recruiting, employee relations, performance management, and benefits. PHR certification preferred. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, presentation and negotiation skills. Working knowledge of effective recruiting tools and strategies, with a preference for in-depth knowledge of “LinkedIn Recruiter”. Ability to use discretion when handling sensitive information. Ability to effectively create, compose, and edit written materials.
