"What is driving the need for more Technical Recruiters? Volume of positions How quickly will the candidates start work? ASAP The Technology & Operations Group Talent Acquisition team is looking for an experienced Senior Technology Recruiter to join our fast-paced team environment in a contract capacity. This role will proactively conduct research and investigate new ideas to create and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify passive talent across the technology industry and shared services functions (Finance, HR, Compliance/Risk) in key geographies. This includes staying current with industry trends, developments and changes to maintain a competitive advantage with talent. Demonstrates strong core technical recruiting skills including ability to consult and build rapport with candidates in order to successfully close and fill positions. Desired Skills & Experience • 6+ years of direct, relevant and recent experience in recruiting highly technical in either a retained, agency or corporate recruitment environment. • Demonstrated success sourcing highly technical professional and management candidates through referrals, warm leads and cold calls or other non traditional job board methods. • Demonstrated knowledge of technical recruiting techniques, recruitment plan development, sourcing methods for diverse talent, as well as compensation strategies for highly technical professionals. • Documented success with creating and executing diversity recruiting strategies to ensure diverse candidate pools for highly technical, specialized professional positions. • Knowledge of the internal/external labor market in order to build strategies and ensure the financial company is a competitive employer • Ability to influence employment decisions of prospects and candidates. • Demonstrated proficiency with various search techniques on the Internet, as well as resume databases • Experience with PeopleSoft and/or Applicant Tracking Systems Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer M/F/D/V. Pay rate is $32-42 an hour (Higher for Senior Recruiters)."
