The role is a comprehensive mixture of recruitment attributes; client development and management, headcount growth, PnL responsibility, mentoring and training, productivity management and hands-on leadership. The company has an emphasis on value, as much as it does volume - and this will and should permeate through the way that the team is led and the way in which business flow is created.
