"Senior Expert- RF Planning and Optimisation - Bahrain On behalf of our client, a prestigious international Telecommunications company, Manning Global Group is currently looking for a number of Senior Experts in RF Planning and Optimization on a permanent position based in Bahrain for Managed services project. Main Responsibilities - A strong ability of grasping customer demand, from the operator's point of view to uncover (or predict) network risk and problems with operator’s market development objectives as input conditions, provide RNP solutions for wireless network, be able to research technical development, and dig out service opportunity, output customized RF solutions - Responsible for providing wireless network planning consulting service, providing network services solution architecture. - Responsible for the RF planning and optimization consultancy, provide technical support in optimization projects, enhance network performance and new features study, enhance the overall network consulting, network planning ability - In the wireless service bidding project provide customers senior exchanges and preach support, be able to provide customized RF service solutions & solutions competitiveness - Be able to guide optimization team’s operation & delivery, assure customer good satisfaction, unveil capacity/coverage/HR resource risks and alarms (escalate) them immediately. Strong desire to push relevant department to work together and close problems/risks asap. Requirements: - 12-20 year experience in the wireless network field, more than 8 years of RF network planning & optimization pre-sales, delivery experience, dominate or independently completed large wireless RF network planning and optimization work experience or in the technical field of study success. - Working experience with mainstream vendor (such as NSN, Huawei, Ericsson) or network optimization consulting firm as RF planning and optimization expert or senior consultant - Familiar/excellent in the fundamentals of GSM, UMTS, CDMA, LTE network systems - Proficient wireless RF network planning and optimization knowledge, including wireless communication theory & practice, capacity & coverage planning knowledge, simulation & system resource management algorithms and parameters - Proficient in common GSM / UMTS / CDMA / LTE network planning and optimization tools, including DT tools, network performance monitoring tools, simulation tools, network assessment tools, parameters check tools, MR & PCHR analysis tools - End-to-end analysis ability to solve wireless network problems, with some understanding of relevant core network, IP bearer network, optical, microwave transmission network - Educational background requirements: communications, electronic engineering, computer professional, bachelor degree or above - Fluent English If you are suitable and interested in this position, please send your CV in Word Format to Jo at sales@manningglobal.com with Ref: LIMH/Snr.RNPO-14024 alternatively contact me on +49(0)89 2388 9854.
