Position is purely for the US-staffing segment, person should be well versed with US-staffing process, understanding the work authorizations and mode of employment (Fulltime and Contractual). Strong Communication Skills are required as they would be acting as a key person between the Account team and the candidates in the Market. Note - Candidates from HR GENRALIST & ADMIN segment need not to apply. Roles and Responsibilities: Handling end-to-end recruitment cycle of IT professionals in the US. Experienced in sourcing candidates from the portals and job boards. Responsible for screening candidates to ensure their qualifications meet open positions. Conduct skills testing, interviews and reference checks an. Develop creative recruiting resources to attract qualified professionals interested in contract, contract to hire and fulltime employment. Required Skills: The Recruiter should have experience in US Recruitment.
