Group: IT Recruiters Subject: nXt-IT is looking for a IT Project Manager Start : asap Duration : 3 months Location : Brussels Reference nr 1654 Sarah De Laet posted a job: nXt-IT is looking for a IT Project Manager Start : asap Duration : 3 months Location : Brussels Reference nr 1654 "SKILL & KNOWLEDGE: · Exhibits project management and leadership skills at the highest levels and in a wide variety of contexts. · Is able to understand, explain and present complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences at all levels up to the highest in a persuasive and convincing manner. · Is able to analyze and explain the risks involved in using, or not using, IT solutions to business or organizational problems. · Is able to understand and communicate the potential impact of emerging technologies on organizations and individuals who use (or may come to use) IT products and services. · Has proven project management in an IT environment, and leadership skills, and a good knowledge of business analysis. · Experience in end to end management of complex projects is a must, experience in Telecom Projects and/or Projects in the Carrier business is an advantage. · Has excellent planning, communication, analytical and presentation skills. · Retaining objectivity and proper understanding of a problem or situation when placed under conditions of stress. · Has to be able to work in a changing and challenging environment · Must be able to work with as well waterfall as with iterative development methodology. · Must be able to work with Microsoft Project EXPERIENCE: · Expert in Project Management · Principles, methods, techniques and tools for the effective management of a programme of projects and related activities through to the successful achievement of planned business benefits. · Expert in Project Planning and Control Techniques · Techniques associated with planning and monitoring progress of projects. · Be able to present a track record of successfully managed projects/programs. · Minimum 5 years experience in Project Lead.
