Business System Anayst in Seattle, WA Responsibilities/Activities: Collaborate with Finance Systems Analysts to gather, analyze, and document business requirements to support the design and development of Financial System function and feature enhancements Assess proposed solutions to determine which solution best fits the business need, identify gaps and short comings in solutions, and determine necessary workarounds or changes to the solution Implement configuration changes to Oracle to enable the defined functional solutions Drive and execute solution testing efforts by developing test plans, preparing test environments, coordinating test execution, and validating test results at all levels of test (Unit, System, UAT etc.) Create system and end-user training documentation to support transition to production and incident management efforts Support project initiation efforts by assisting in the definition of project scope, development of work plans, estimates, and timelines Coordinate issue resolution efforts across peer support groups, technical support teams, and vendors as required Communicate issues to stakeholders and drive resolution activities Identify broader improvement opportunities by correlating production issues and trends to enhancements proposals Leverage subject matter expertise to provide support internationally to global business operations as requested Regards Venkatesh.
