Job Summary: We provide high value IT professionals to corporate customers. An Account Executive is responsible for the creation and maintenance of a portfolio of IT consultants and regular placement of full-time IT professionals. An Account Executive is to have success in selling, negotiating, communicating and achieving results within a fast-paced business environment Job Responsibilities: Build long-term customer relationships with 100 unique client contacts. Discovery and meetings with all buyers at existing accounts. Place IT professionals at new and existing accounts as assigned by Managing Director. Identifying and seeking out new clients in the target market. Working with and assisting the recruiter as necessary in order to successfully win the placements. Complete the Candidate Interview summary the same day as the interview occurs. Complete client meeting reports in MatchGuide™ within 5 days of the client meeting. Post all new jobs from clients into our proprietary system. Punctual attendance and participation for all team meetings, appointments, and work. Create accurate contracts for new placements. Renew expiring contracts and complete documentation as per client request. Maintain a consistent professional attitude in front of customers, consultants, and co-workers.
