As a subject matter expert, provides legendary Customer Service to Internal and External Customers by providing business process improvement guidance related to changes to existing processes or development of new processes that utilize SAP and peripheral systems. Participates heavily in SAP Payroll system design, development/configuration, data conversion, testing, and implementation of system changes and associated documentation. Ensures that SAP Payroll system changes implemented adhere to Company change management policies. Documentation requirements for system implementation and conversion efforts are completed timely and as expected to ensure that appropriate technical documentation exists. Reviews test results for SAP Payroll enhancements, defects, and project implementations to ensure integrity and completeness of testing activities. Provides timely support for SAP-related incidents or service requests related to Payroll-related production issues, defects, batch job requests, research, and security requests. Advises and educates Internal Customers in Payroll business process improvement, including when appropriate, where SAP can be leveraged to improve business process efficiency and integrity."
