Desirable qualifications and experience: The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of recruiting experience and a B.S. degree or equivalent experience in an IT professional role preferred. High School diploma required. Track record of successfully recruiting Information Technology requisitions with a focus on contract and contract-to-hire opportunities Proven ability to build and maintain a healthy pipeline of highly desirable and qualified candidates within Information Technology field Ability to build and maintain relationships within passive candidate pools Self-starter with the ability to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously Proficient in relationship building, oral and written communications, candidates presentations, time management, and problem solving The ability to work within a "team" approach Position description: Growing the branch revenue and profit by filling orders aligned with local market strategy Meet financial and activity-based goal measures Drive all stages of the recruiting process, from proactive sourcing to order receipt, through candidate sourcing, qualification, matching, submittal, customer interview, and placement of candidates Create and manage relevant candidate pipelines, and work with sales team to bring the most desirable candidates to market. Contribute to the development of the sales funnel by generating leads when engaging with candidates (qualification and referral process), and skill market candidates when appropriate Maintain discipline of execution by staying focused on market goals and objectives; manage time and competing priorities; be committed to Kelly process, technology, and documentation requirements; and perform branch administrative work KELLY SERVICES We are authentic, the industry founder.
