Group: IT Recruiters Subject: Emily Burville posted a job: "Hiring a Program Manager in Sacramento, CA Skills and Attributes of the Program Manager: • 70%-100% allocation would be required • Excellent Communication skills, Sr. Leadership level communication background, Global experience working with multiple countries marketing teams would also be good • There will be a lot of moving parts so ability to keep track of all the milestones in an organized fashion would be required • Understanding of Agile methodologies and techniques, our client is managing backlogs and the smartphone deployments (except India and Korea) are more like Agile sprints than projects • Able to effectively delegate to a large team, monitor and manage progress and resolve issues in a timely and well thought out manner • Ability to drive ownership down to the team so they are empowered and monitor key performance of team members, know when to escalate and change direction • Understanding of our CMS and IWR platform would be excellent as well as a basic understanding of mobility technologies • The Program Manager must also be able to drive the India Tablet piece of work as that is complex from an architecture and Infrastructure perspective • Looking for someone with strong Agile skills that will be able to train an agile novice team, strong change management skills and the ability to lead and manage a globally distributed team. http://bull.hn/l/ZGEH/3"
