Westhouse today ranks among the leading IT service providers operating on an international scale.   OUR CLIENT, a well-known and global acting American company is currently seeking for his branch in Czech Republic a highly motivated and business oriented Project Manager, Heating and Cooling appliances controlls/systems(m/f) TASKS •Project Management responsibility •Heating and Cooling appliances controlls/systems as a main product portfolio supported •The main tasks include creating and updating the project plan, managing the engineering team to perform the tasks in accordance with the plan and making sure the deliverables are being delivered on time and in the required quality •Develop capabilities in renewable energy appliance engineering •Leadership of multi-function project teams to achieve cost, investment, timescale and quality targets •Ensure that all projects are performed and documented in line with client processes and procedures •Ensure project information available within project management tools is accurate and up-to-date •Identify and highlight process improvement opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness of teams •Facilitate and re-inforce communication between co-located team members REQUIREMENTS •University degree in Engineering •Education in thermodynamics is an advantage. •At least 3 years experience of Project Leading in a product development environment •Experience in development of refrigerant circuits of Heat Pump, Chiller or Air conditioning appliances, is a big advantage •Background experience of designing mechanical or digital electronic products and/or firmware •Demonstrable knowledge of the steps required to move successfully from idea to production •Knowledge of Matlab/Simulink is an advantage •English skills are critical •Managerial skills to lead people and project team to meet the project targets •Excellent communication (both written and verbal) WE OFFER •Stable full-time employment in one of the leading technology companies •Learning opportunity on interesting projects in the international environment •Opportunity for career growth •Use of English on a daily basis •Wide spectrum of employee benefits •Flexible working hours •Trainings and an opportunity for a professional growth INTERESTED?
