The agency experienced tremendous growth in 2012 with four new offices (servicing multiple verticals) opening in 2012 around the country. Multiple major accounts/rec's currently exist that require servicing to get things going, opportunities for cross-selling are abundant, and expenses will not be spared to secure the right candidate. First year total-comp is expected to be well into the six figures. The agency is located in mid-town, offers a welcoming team-oriented environment with excellent benefits, and is not driven by rigid reporting metrics. Competitive candidates will be seasoned executives from the IT staffing & recruiting industry. Strong, verifiable recruiting ability is necessary, and some business development/account management experience is a major plus. Leadership ability is essential, as the new IT Division Director will be tasked with developing a strategy for the divisions long-term growth, recruiting and training of junior staff, and continuously expanding upon an already strong book of business across all industries. Competitive candidates will have 4-10 years of experience in the IT staffing/recruiting space with good references and figures on billing, placements and clients to back up their previous work.
