You have a passion for software development and know how to develop and lead a team on state-of-the art C# /.NET solutions for retail. You¿re proactive, a self-starter, enjoy being customer- and goal-focused, love to solve problems, and possess a passion for your work. You¿re also proficient in ASP.NET, AJAX, SQL Server 2005, Visual Studio, and XML, and have solid experience in a Microsoft software development setting and experience creating, implementing, and supporting custom software applications.       ¿ Leading a team developing new features.   ¿ Leading and managing Full life-cycle development.   ¿ Reporting to the CTO, and working with Business Leaders and your team of Developers to define new features, define the project requirements, build the plan and execute that plan.   ¿ Drive your team and cross-functional teams to producing high quality projects on time.     ¿ Sr. C# Developer with 5+ years of experience managing teams and projects with C# on a Windows Platform.   ¿ BS Degree in computer science or related technical field, MS preferred.   ¿ Experience with Windows environments and web development.   ¿ Strong experience programming in C# version 4.0, and .NET.   ¿ Experience in programming and leading teams in JavaScript, AJAX, CSS, HTML, JQuery, SQL, Python, IronPython   ¿ Experience in developing/designing large web systems.   ¿ Must be a self-starter and willing to work in a fast paced environment.   This position will manage 10-15 developers and projects that slice across multiple different projects; all C# and .net; we¿re a Microsoft and SQL server shop.
