This dynamic software house work on Software used by millions worldwide and are a young self-funded start up. The company covers a diverse selection of software development domains, focusing on open source software tools used by millions of users, indie-style video game development, and web application development. Despite the size, this software house share the same attitude towards work as many blue chip companies, for example they have a 20% Time program where 20% of time is used to work on projects that interest the employee and not necessarily the company. Responsibilities 1. Write code for your chosen area of expertise (video games, open source software, or web development). 2. Contribute to the design, development and architecture of new software products. 3. Maintain existing software by fixing bugs and adding new features. Requirements 1. A STRONG understanding of the C++ programming language. 2. University education, with a relevant degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science. 3. Min 1 year industry experience 4. Experience with Java, LUA, Python, or PHP will be beneficial, though this depends on your chosen area of expertise. 5. Programming experience on all of the major platforms (Windows, Mac OS X and Linux) would be beneficial, though you should still apply if you only have experience with one. 6.
