For example, the design and process development of next generation radiators, charge air coolers, condensers, evaporators, and oil coolers. Strong analytical skills including heat transfer analysis, stress analysis and energy balances within the cooling system. CFD experience a plus FEA experience a plus Demonstrates a strong understanding of production methods and the concept of designing for manufacturability. Should possess solid background in the processes of welding, brazing, and metal forming.
