Communicate formal presentations and regular status to management and business partners. Work with operational areas to ensure continuity of business process design in support of new projects. Lead group to successful solutions by facilitating to consensus on issues. Develop, promote and enforce project management and SDLC standards as well as best practices for team along with implementation of all projects processes including workflow, project management, tracking and reporting. Experience 6+ years experience exhibiting proven client management, relationship development, analytical and problem solving skills, and end-to-end experience with software development methodologies. Use of SDLC methodologies and supporting toolsets and familiarity and exposure to development environments is required. CMMI experience preferred. PMI certification is preferred.
