But, fits in to what? Without behavioral matching, (A third basemen is not going to be effective as a catcher, although they play the same game) you run the risk of hiring someone who may have succeeded, but not through use of the same behavior required to succeed in your position. Another common mistake made is that the guidelines for selecting and ranking top performers have not been defined properly.
