Group: IT Recruiters Ria Davidson has started a discussion: How do Recruiters find a new job? "Sounds like an obvious question, but I am genuinely interested in the first thing a Recruiter does when they are considering a move. We don't put our CV's on jobboards (obviously!) so the approach is completely proactive. Do you look online? What do you type into Google? Do you prefer a rec2rec to support and advise you? Do you approach a company direct based on recommendation/reputation? Would love to hear some opinions/thoughts on this!"
