Good Knowledge of VBScript / Visual Basic 6. Good knowledge of SQL language, ePolicy Orchestrator used for managing anti-virus policies, an advantage 7. Desktop Virtualization experience (VMWare, HyperV or XEN) a plus 8. Excellent Client / Customer Facing skills - building trusted relationships - delivering high value service 9. Self-driven and resourceful to achieve goals independently as well as work well in groups. 10. Flexibility to adjust to changing requirements, schedules and priorities. 11.
