Manage the Risk Services team towards developing and implementing strategies to achieve that vision. •Provide industry expertise to the Risk Services team on effective risk processes and management techniques. •Support the IT Risk Owners and Control Implementers, who are responsible for all IT controls, with appropriate risk expertise, process, tools and metrics. •Provide effective leadership, subject matter expertise and support to technology and business partners in managing information risk. •Manage the Risk Services team to effectively to reduce IT risk, manage key risk projects and report on risk issues. •Establish and implement a risk framework with IT that provides a common view of risk and controls across the IT risk domains as well as common processes for measuring and communicating risk •Create, maintain and communicate key risk indicators (KRIs) •Manage and support vendor risk assessments, audits and examiner efforts. •Manage the Information Risk Policies and Standard and measure compliance. To qualify, candidates must have: • Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related discipline • Minimum of 5 years of experience working as an IT auditor or IT risk adviser for a public accounting firm, a professional services firm, or within industry • Significant experience in applying relevant technical knowledge in at least one of the following engagements: (a) financial statement audits; (b) internal or operational audits; (c) SAS 70 engagements; and/or (d) ERP security and control reviews (Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft) • Project management skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills • Leadership, teamwork and client service skills • Demonstrated integrity within a professional environment • Certifications in Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA); Certified Information Security Manager (CISM); Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT; Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC); Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL); Program Management Professional (PgMP); Project Management Professional (PMP)." |
