Required Experience: -Subject Matter expertise in the testing of Trust and/or Investment Statements -Demonstrated experience in developing test strategies and high-level plans balancing completeness with time and cost constraints. -Demonstrated experience in coordinating testing activities across multiple organizations - -Demonstrated experience in leading efforts to document detailed test conditions and pro-cedures/scripts -Demonstrated ability to understand complex processes and identify the root cause of issues -Experienced in working on an IBM Mainframe platform and using FileAid or similar tool Desired Experience: -Experience in using HP's Quality Center or equivalent tool to document test plans and track testing is desirable -Trust and Investment statements experience is HIGHLY DESIRABLE Base Qualifications - Bachelor's degree - 6 years experience in systems analysis/application development or equivalent combination Technical Skills - Proficient in at least one programming language - Knowledge of system life cycle/application development alternatives - High aptitude for complex problem analysis/resolution Soft Skills - Very good communication skills; ability to effectively present to target audience - Ability to effectively work w/all levels of personnel within the organization - Detail-orientated/sound judgment/self-motivated; ability to handle multiple tasks - Very good organization/time management skills US Citizen or Green Card Holder If you are interested in pursuing this position, please send your resume to wendi@tkmresults.com. Responsibilities: - The first owner of network safety and stability. Be responsible for the customer satisfaction of the networks; - Interface to customer service operations director/manager . - Establish the maintenance project. Build up the project team with different product team. Be responsible for the project team management; - Internal and external communication management. Effectively manage the customer's expectations on maintenance service.
