QULIFICATIONS: Bachelor degree in Human Resources or some other related discipline. Bilingual Spanish - Required Minimum of 3-5 years experience recruiting and sourcing experienced talent for a multi-location Must have experience with OFCCP compliance and record keeping. Prior experience with applicant tracking systems (ideally iApplicant and Taleo). Highly developed oral and written communication skills.
