You will be a member of the team that will be trained by our client Clever Devices. Job Summary: The Associate System Engineer is responsible for supporting the definition and deployment of complete Systems that include Clever Devices products combined with complementary technologies, including definition of hardware products and interfaces, to provide a holistic solution that meets customer requirements. The Associate System Engineer focuses on analyzing and eliciting customer requirements and required functionality early in the project cycle, documents requirements, and coordinates system development and integration tasks to include design, integration and formal testing and Off-site system validation for the complete solution. Primary Responsibilities: Coordinate with Product Management and Engineering to implement systems that utilize industry best practices to meet client and corporate objectives. Maintains a thorough working knowledge of Clever Devices software and products. Develops and completes projects in system specifications, technical and logistical requirements and other disciplines. Creates and maintains programmatic and technical documentation to insure efficient planning and execution. Supports Product Management and Engineering in the definition of software and hardware products and interfaces. Coordinates system development tasks to include design, integration and formal testing. Ensure System compatibility and interoperability of all sub-systems. Coordinate and perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and new systems. Manages and documents system configurations Ensures the deployment of the solution is successful. Anticipate, mitigate, identify, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software problems on servers, input/output fleet, and workstations. Escalate incidents as necessary. Analyze system, server, application, network, and input/output device performance. Create and maintain documentation as it relates to system configuration and processes. Supports Project Management with negotiations with vendors, outsourcers, and contractors to secure system-related products and services. Collaborate with project managers, Onsite teams and account representatives on all projects. Gauge the effectiveness and efficiency of deployed ITS systems; assist in the development and implementation of strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems. Desired Candidate Profile: O to 1 years experience in engineering development. Experience in System Engineering involving hardware, software, data and communications technologies is a plus. Ability to design and implement large scale projects.
