Job Description: Role: Oracle EBS R12 Project Manager Location: St. Louis, MO Duration: RTH after 6 Months As an Oracle Enterprise Business Suite (EBS) R12 Project Manager (PM), you will responsible for assessment, planning, and execution of upgrading our single Global 11i Oracle EBS instance to R12. Oracle EBS PM expertise with specialization in Finance and Supply chain areas as well as familiarity with HR modules is required. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) for this and other related projects aligned with the Agile principles we follow. The IT Project Manager must enjoy and thrive in a fast paced, dynamic culture. The successful candidate must have extensive experience working within IT organizations, motivating and delivering to deadlines. The role also requires the ability to make decisions and prioritize work while staying committed to the project team and company objectives. Responsibilities: Manage the entire SDLC of an R12 Upgrade project including key areas of Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, HR and other modules. Coordinate with the Leadership team and other IT resources to solve complex problems, develop innovative solutions, remove barriers and collaborate with the sprint teams to iteratively deliver based on release plans. Work alongside Business Analysts, Developers, Architects, Managers, and Implementation Partners to determine scope, planning estimates resource allocations and ultimate success criteria for the R12 project. Lead project(s) ensuring adherence to the established project methodologies, standards, tools, processes, policies, and procedures. Introduce proper Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for managing an R12 Upgrade project of this type and size. Manage project team deliverables and customer expectations. Facilitate the identification and mitigation of project risks and issues. Provide project capacity planning, budgets, status reports, and quality retrospectives. Qualifications: Minimum 8 years experience working in IT organization. Minimum 5 years PM experience managing IT projects within Oracle EBS and related technologies. Minimum 3 years PM experience managing complex Oracle EBS R12 upgrade and implementation projects. Ability to manage multiple complex projects, products, and/or sprints simultaneously. Effective verbal and written communication for both a technical and non-technical audience. A strong, quantitative skill set and the ability to think and communicate with well-supported data to all levels in the organization." | |||||
