This is NOT a sales or solicitation position. No experience necessary but prior telemarketing or sales experience would be beneficial. Energy Choice Partners is the premier provider of Alternative Supplies for both Electric and Natural Gas to the Residential and Business consumer. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: *PC or MAC *A Headset with Microphone *High Speed Internet Connection. • Verify name and current utility provider of potential customers from sources such as power company customer lists or lists purchased from other governmental organizations. • Deliver prepared script that describes utility company options in order to educate potential customers on power company deregulation. • Verify customer information such as name, address, and current utility company, and enter preference into computers. • Adjust scripts to better serve the needs and interests of specific individuals in targeted geographic markets. • Explain utility company deregulation options, and answer questions from customers. • Record names, addresses, and chosen utility provider of prospects contacted. • Must have above average written and oral expression/comprehension. • Maintain records of contacts, accounts, and orders. HOURS/SHIFTS Hours of Operation (Eastern Standard Time) Monday – Thursday 9 AM – 9 PM Friday 9 AM – 6 PM Saturday 9 AM – 3 PM You must commit to your hours the week prior.
