Now they have more then 3000 stores around China and they want develop more. According to their expanding plan, they need a professor who has rich working experience both in store design and team management. Our client offers you an exciting and varied position within an international and busy atmosphere. The staff is a combination of European and Chinese designers.It is for you an opportunity to fulfil your aspirations both as a designer and a manager, taking responsibility and actions in this specific field. The ideal candidate is passionate about design, with a good understanding of the realities of storedesign in China. Location: Beijing Responsibilities: - Monitor ALL brand project progress to ensure the project is on track in terms of quality, delivery milestone and the cost within the team - Skilful on creation design of Technical drawings & layouts (AutoCAD) - Strong knowledge regarding external BDS management - Make effective judgement on available data - Have ability to research BDS for predefined area. - Provide effective suggestions to the team members - Identify the steps to be taken to achieve objectives - Ability to effectively develop, motivate and lead high performing teams - Daily control for internal team members to guarantee accuracy of opening plan and budget. - Coordinate with Division Managers and Riis Designers to complete other relevant tasks. - Administrative abilities (PC excellence) - Some travel will be required. Requirements: - Strong business acumen to facilitate delivering business solutions - A minimum of 5 years experience in Graphic Design with at least 2 years in managerial role, preferably in Shop Design & Construction field - Strong project management skills and experience, and a proven track record of developing, implementing and maintaining business systems - Strong leadership and communication skills with good English speaking and writing capabilities - Excellent inter-personal and negotiation skills Send CV and Portfolio to: juno.zhi@pae-designtalent.com All materials and personal information submitted will kept in strict confidence.
